FUNDAMENTALS

CrossFit is about intensity in a safe and controlled environment. We take technique and safety very seriously! If you do not prior CrossFit experience, you will need to attend one-on-one fundamentals. These sessions are spent teaching you proper technique, a short workout and getting to know you better. It is designed to introduce the movements and workouts we do in CrossFit on a daily basis in a safe and unintimidating environment.
