Crossfit is a strength and conditioning program undertaken at varied intensities with a major emphasis on form and technique. Its philosophy is centred on creating a community within which an individual is encouraged to prepare for the expected and unexpected by enhancing an individual’s competency at all physical tasks, including multi-disciplinary sporting tasks as well as day-to-day tasks. The program is focussed on developing the following fitness domains –
